3. Pet SOS & Community Features Disclaimer

The Pet SOS and “Hui” community features are designed to facilitate community support among pet owners. Kahu Life acts as a platform to share information but does not actively participate in or manage these user‑led activities.

  • Lost & Found Pets: While our Pet SOS feature is designed to help spread awareness, we do not guarantee that any lost pet will be found, nor are we responsible for the claiming or verification of any found pet. The responsibility for coordinating the safe return of a pet lies solely with the users involved.
  • Rewards: Kahu Life is not responsible for the fulfillment, payment, or management of any reward offered by a user for the return of a lost pet. Any reward offered is a private agreement between users.
  • User Interactions: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service. We advise you to use caution and good judgment in all interactions, both online and in‑person during any “Hui” meetups.
